MobyDick client tries to run in language which is set on your Windows (Control Panel->Clock,Language and Region->Region->Location and Administrative).
If you want to force client to start in different language you should modify $mobydick_application_path\etc\md_client.conf file. Please append this part in default_options -J-Duser.language=de -J-Duser.region=DE
For example:
default_options="–branding md_client …"
default_options="–branding md_client -J-Duser.language=de -J-Duser.region=DE …"
The properties will be removed on next update, so you should insert them again when you update your client. I opened new ticket to make language switchable and persistent.
Until we implement language selector you can use another approach to change the language. It will be persistent and not removed on the next update. You can modify the target field of the Client launcher (example: “C:…\bin\md_client.exe” -J-Duser.language=de -J-Duser.region=DE)
