Softphone nicht verfügbar/wird nicht gestartet

Hallo,

in unserer MD 7.11.02 Installation habe ich meinem Account ein MD Softphone zugeordnet und dieses auch im Client als Endgerät ausgewählt.
In den Einstellungen des MD Clients sind die Einstellungen für das Softphone vorgenommen.
Trotzdem wird mir das Tastenfeld, mit ich das Softphone aktivieren könnte, nicht angezeigt.

Hallo Stefan,

ist das Softphone das einzige Gerät das diesem Benutzer zugewiesen ist? Wenn ja wird das Drop-Down einfach ausgeblendet & das Softphone verwendet.

Guten Morgen Jan,

der User hat das Softphone, ein iPhone und ein Yealink, die auch alle drei im Dropdown-Menü aufgeführt sind.
Wähle ich im Menü das Softphone aus, erhalte ich den dezenten Hinweis “Das softphone ist nicht bereit”.

In meinem MD-Client auf Windows erscheint die Meldung “Das Softphone ist nicht bereit”, wenn kein Mikrofon am Rechner eingesteckt ist. Dann lässt sich auch nichts wählen und wenn mans doch versucht hängt sich der Client auf.
Also am besten mal die korrekte Funktionalität des angeschlossenen Headsets prüfen. Vielleicht hilft das ja schon weiter…

Hi,

unter Systemsteuerung -> Sound wird das Mikrofon als funktionstüchtig angezeigt und beim Test schlägt der Pegel auch aus.
Naja, wenn Jan sich nicht versteckt, dann werde ich ihn in 2 Wochen ja in DEG sehen, vielleicht hat er ein paar Minuten Zeit und findet Problem und Lösung.
