Problem mit BLF nach Asterisk neustart

Wenn die Warteschlangen mal wieder hängen müssen wir den dienst neu starten. Danach funktioniert aber bei vielen Teiln. die Anzeige nicht mehr richtig. Asterisk sagt dazu:

kannst Du bitte näher erklären was Du unter “Warteschlangen hängen” verstehst?
Welche Version setzt Du denn genau ein?

Um die Warteschlangen geht es doch gar nicht. Wie bei vielen anderen Kunden auch kommen Gespräche in die Warteschlange rein werden aber nicht weiter vermittelt.
