PascomONE SIP server or domain

Hello,

I have set up a trial account on pascomONE and am working to integrate it with a Grandstream DP755 base station. The configuration requires me to enter the PascomONE SIP server or domain, but I have not been able to locate this information after checking the pascom portal and available documentation.

Could someone please advise where I can find the correct SIP server or domain value for pascomONE? If there is a standard value or a place in the portal I haven’t checked, guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have no experience with Grandstream DECT phones, but you can try the settings from generic softphones: Generic SIP Endpoints
Domain could be translated to your instance name (for example mypbx in case you use https:/ /pascom.cloud/mypbx )
I am curious if you get those base stations to work, let me know :wink:

Thanks for the guidance! I tried using pascom.cloud/eaccelera as the SIP server, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I also attempted using just eaccelera.pascom.cloud and pascom.cloud with port 5061 and TLS transport, but the DP755 base station still won’t register.

I’m using the Generic SIP Phone configuration with the device login credentials. The setup shows the account status as “Not Registered”.

Any additional tips would be appreciated. :blush:

From my point of view, this would be most promising:
SIP Server: eaccelera
Outbound Proxy: pascom.cloud
