Hallo,
ein Kollege nutzt den pascom Client per VPN. Er hatte noch die 17.04 installiert ind hier ist der Client öfters im Gespräch abgestürzt.
Wir haben nun die aktuelle 17.08 installiert, hier gleiches Problem. Intern funktioniert es in der Regel, extern stürzt es häufig ab.
Habe mir das Softphone-Log angeschaut, da ist nicht auffälliges drin. Einzig eine Zeile ist Critical:

Ansonsten haben wir keine Abbrüche, der Client wird aber auch nicht so oft per VPN benutzt (sofern es daran liegen könnte)
Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee, woran das noch liegen könnte.
