Beta for 17.11 (18.00.D3009)

Der Beta-Channel enthält eine neue Version. Details zu den Updaten Channels gibt es auch hier.

Der client enthält ein großes neues Feature: MD-9220: Anlegen eines Telefonbucheintrages aus einem laufendem Gespräch oder einem Journaleintrag. Dies erfordert einen pascom 17.11 Server. Ansonsten sind sehr viele kleinere Bugfixes und Stabilitätsverbesserungen enthalten. Unter anderem:

  • Die Menüzeile kollidiert nun nicht mehr mit dem “virtuellen Home Button” des iPhoneX
  • Die Lautstärkeerhöhung wird nun nur noch für pascom 18 und neure Server aktiviert
  • Sennheiser HeadSetup und HeadSetup Pro werden unterstützt, jetzt auch auf 32bit Systemen

Android und iOS-Beta versionen folgen.

The Beta channel contains a new version. Further information about update channels can be found here.

The client has one new feature: MD-9220: You can now create a new phonebook entry either during a call or from a call history entry. This feature requires a pascom 17.11 server. Additionally, this version includes a number of minor bugfixes and stability improvements:

  • The menu bar no longer collides with the virtual home button on an iphoneX
  • The Gain increase (German) is only enabled for pascom 18 server onwards
  • Sennheiser HeadSetup und HeadSetup Pro are now supported, including on 32bit systems

Android and iOS Beta versions are coming soon.

Beta for 17.11 (18.00.D3042)

German Overview

Die neue Beta enthält drei weitere Bugfixes:

  • Fehlendes Audio in Konferenzen im pascom Client, siehe hier
  • XMPP Gruppen und Teams verhalten unterschied sich zwischen classic und pascom Client
  • Benutzer die Offline sind, aber eine Rufumleitung eingerichtet haben, können jetzt im pascom Client angerufen werden

English Overview

The new Beta version contains three more bugfixes:

  • Missing audio in conference rooms, see here
  • XMPP groups and teams had different behavior than in the classic client
  • Offline users which have a redirection set can now be called via contact list

Beta for 17.11 iOS App (17.11.D344)

German Overview

Neben den allgemeine Verbesserungen und Bugfixes (siehe oben) ist es nun möglich auf dem iPhone / iPad anrufe zu transferieren und 3er Konferenzen zu erstellen. Auf dem iPhoneX überdeckt der virtuelle Home-Button nun nicht mehr das Menü

English Overview

Besides the overall improvements and bugfixes it’s now possible to transfer calls and initiate 3-way conferences on the iPhone / iPad. On the iPhoneX, the virtual home button does not overlap with the app menu anymore.

Besides the overall improvements and bugfixes the app now contains support for the android 8 based “notification channels”.

Beim Android Client werden alle Teams angezeigt, selbst, wenn ich kein Mitglied bin. Der Status ist dann: “Kein Mitglied”. Ist dies gewollt? Ansonsten seht dies hier als Bug-Report an.

Hallo @hazington,

wir haben das Verhalten des Clients an dieser Stelle abgeändert, da dies des öfteren gewünscht wurde.
Die Mitglieder einer xmpp.group sollen nun alle Teams sehen, welche auch der Rolle zugeordnet sind (auch wenn Sie kein Mitglied sind).

Finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so rund. Das bedeutet ja dann, dass ich für alle Mitarbeiter, die unterschiedliche Teams haben, unterschiedliche Rollen anlegen muss, damit das nicht passiert.

Daher ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Anstatt Teams zu ändern, fügt doch Alle Teams hinzu. Dadurch kann man wählen. ob man nur seine Teams oder eben alle sehen möchte.

Grundsätzlich sollten die Teams sichtbar sein, ohne eine eigene Rolle anlegen zu müssen…

Beta for 17.11 (18.00.D3667)

Die neue Beta Version repariert einige Absturzursachen im Zusammenhang mit Benachrichtigungen, zusätzlich wird auf älteren Server ein Menüpunkt ausgeblendet, der mindestens die 17.11 erfordert.

The new Beta fixes various crash reasons in connection with notifications, additionaly a menu entry which requires a 17.11 is hidden now when connected to older server systems
