Mobydick Client pascom Softphone ist nicht bereit

Hallo Miteinander,

wir haben das Problem, dass nach dem Update von Mobydick auf 7.15.04.R bei einem einzigen Client das pascom Softphone nicht bereit ist und andauernd neugestartet wird. In den Einstellungen ist nichts ersichtlich und diverse Neustarts haben auch nichts bewirkt.

Leider kann ich als neuer Benutzer hier erstmal nur höchstens 2 Links posten, Log folgt also.

Ich hoffe, das Problem ist bald zu lösen.

hast Du mal das User Directory des Clients gelöscht?

schaut so aus als würde das Softphone hart gestoppt werden. Ist da evtl. eine lokale Firewall/Antivir am Werk?

Nur Eset Endpoint Security, wie auf allen anderen Rechnern auch.
