MD Client findet kein Globale Adressliste

Hallo,

eventuell mach ich etwas total falsch, ich bekomme es einfach nicht (mehr) hin.
Der MD Client findet nach den Update keine Einträge aus der Globalen Adressliste.
Ich hab in Outlook (2007) die Adressen via Extras -> Senden/Empfangen -> Adressbuch Herrunterladen versucht “Offline-Fähig” zu machen.
Ebenso ohne Erfolg.

Hat jemand noch eine Idee?

Zuvor musste ich das Teil nur installieren und die Adressbuch-Aktivität aktivieren, nun wähle ich einen Ordner nach den anderen an und aktualisiere den Cache so oft der Klickefinger hält.

Hallo BoSSSpy,

The last update of MobyDick CTI Client brought new way of Phonebooks handling. You can find settings in the (Einstellungen/Adressbücher). As in earlier versions you can enable/disable outlook and choose Outlook contact folder. So please after the setting the proper folder restart the client and search for the log file (you can find path of Application directory in tab "Über). The messages.log files are located in subfolder \var\log. Please pack all log files and post them here.
