Follow (Listen) an active call

Hey there,

Is any chance to follow(Listen) an active call from an administrator user ? For example we want our supervisors of departments to have the access to Listen an active call of other users(extensions) whenever they want, without being noticed by any side.

There is a prefix, *23 I think.
[sys.asterisk.dialplan.global.spy.prefix]
and a PIN
[sys.asterisk.dialplan.global.spy.pin]

So you can call *23+“extension you want to listen to”, type your PIN and than listen to the call.
But ask your lawyer first!
