ich bin die aktuelle Community Version in unserer Umgebung am testen.
Wir arbeiten mit PhoneSuite, die ich auch problemlos an die MD anbinden konnte.
Einziger Fehler, die Namen aus dem Telefonbuch bei eingehenden anrufen (intern wie auch extern) werden nicht angezeigt.
Mit dem MD Client klappt es …
(Wir möchten aber weiterhin bei PhoneSuite bleiben)
Hat jemand eine Idee woran dies liegen könnte ?

danke für den ausführlichen Bericht. Die Phonesuite TAPI setzt auf der Asterisk CLI auf. Dort kommt der Anruf rein und die Phonesuite TAPI sieht nur die CallerID-Number nicht den Name. Wir setzten den Name dann später aus dem Telefonbuch. Dieses Update ist für die Phonesuite TAPI zu spät und wird nicht mehr aktualisiert. Der MobyDick Client kann jeder Zeit Einträge vom Server oder auch lokal aktualisieren. Daher klappt das mit dem MobyDick Client immer.
Es spricht aber nichts dagegen, dass Du die MobyDick TAPI nutzt (diese kannst Du von der MobyDick Login-Seite unter Services herunterladen und installieren) und dann die Phonesuite die MobyDick TAPI statt der eigenen nutzen lässt.
Die kann dann auch mit Roaming User usw. umgehen.
Alternativ kann die Phonesuite (glaube ich) auch LDAP Adressbücher einbinden. So könntest Du das MobyDick Telefonbuch per LDAP auch in die Phonesuite syncen.
Was genau fehlt Dir denn am MobyDick Client, dass Du die Phonesuite weiter nutzten willst?

Das wählen aus unserer Faktura Software funktioniert momentan nur über die Phonesuite, darum setzen wir diese “noch” ein .
