Anrufer-Rufnummer von überwachten Nebenstellen wird nicht angezeigt

mal zu allererst. Danke.

Danke für dieses tolle Software-Paket (MobyDick). Ich habe heute nach viel Lernen und Wiki studieren eine erste Anlage produktiv geschaltet. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten von MobyDick in Verbindung mit Snom-Telefonen sind enorm und ich entdecke täglich neue Sachen, die ich ausprobieren will.

Aktuell hänge ich aber an einem Anzeigeproblem. Ich habe auf den Snom 760 die Funktionstasten als BLF mit CallPickup eingerichtet und das funktioniert super. Allerdings wird für die überwachten Nebenstellen nicht die Rufnummer des Anrufers angezeigt, sondern nur zwei Mal die überwachte Nebenstellennummer:

Dies ist die Anzeige auf einem Snom 760 mit der Nebenstelle 26. Es hat die Nebenstelle 18 als BLF eingebunden.

Da ich zuerst einmal von Selbstversagen ausgegangen bin, habe ich bei Snom angefragt und um Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration im Forum gebeten. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass der Asterisk die CallerID des Anrufers anscheinend gar nicht übergibt und es sich um einen Fehler in Asterisk handelt, wofür es auch schon einen Bug-Eintrag gibt. Wenn ich die Historie des Bugtrackers richtig verstehe, ist für diesen Fehler bereits ein Patch vorhanden.

Zugegebenermaßen bin ich absolut kein Asterisk-Kenner. Deswegen habe ich mir ja auch die MobyDick geholt. Ist es möglich, dass der o.g. Bug die Ursache für das Fehlen der Anrufer-Nummer für überwachte Nebenstellen ist? Wenn ja, könnt Ihr den Patch in das nächste Hotfix mit aufnehmen?

Hallo Ulf.

Das ganze ist leider ein Bug im darunterliegenden Asterisk. Wir arbeiten für die neue 7.06.00 daran, eine neue Asterisk-Version mitzuliefern. Damit sollte dieses Problem verschwinden. Ich kann nur dazu leider keine definitive Aussage machen, solange wir nicht mit unseren Tests durch sind.

Hallo Jan,

ich habe gerade eine MobyDick auf 7.06.01 aktualisiert. Jetzt wird von der überwachten Nebenstelle gar nichts mehr angezeigt :(, weder im Display, noch im MD Client :eek:. Habt Ihr das jetzt ganz abgeschaltet oder gibt es neue Konfigurations-Parameter?

Ist der Patch aus Asterisk-Bug 20709 bei Euch schon mit eingeflossen?

Also bei mir funktioniert die Überwachung der Nebenstellen auch mit der 7.06.00. Allerdings ist der Bug immer noch drin das interne Nebenstellen mit 12->12 angezeigt werden.

Hallo Community,

jetzt habe ich ein SNOM 370 auf die aktuelle Firmware gebracht (manuell). Dort wird auch KEIN “call dialog info” mehr gezeigt. Die BLF Taste blinkt fröhlich vor sich hin, aber im Display des Telefons erscheint nichts. Bug oder Feature ???

nein, leider können wir hierzu noch keine Schätzung abgeben. Wir können das Verhalten zum Teil nachvollziehen, aber wir haben die Ursache noch nicht gefunden. In der kommenden 7.06.02 ist dafür jedenfalls kein Fix enthalten.

danke für die Info. Inzwischen hat sich die Lage bei mir auch entschärft. Die Anzeige am MD-Client funktioniert doch. Somit ist kann am PC erkannt werden, wer auf einer anderen Nebenstelle anruft. Hoffentlich findet Ihr die Ursache bald. Solltet Ihr Hilfe beim Testen brauchen, meldet Euch.

wir haben das Thema jetzt intern nochmal durchdiskutiert, und hier ist der aktuelle Stand mit 7.06.02:

Snom-Telefone
Das alte Setting “callpickup_dialoginfo” ist schon seit einiger Zeit deprecated, und mit der neuen Firmware einfach weggefallen. Das neue Setting heisst “goto_monitor_state_on_line_activity”, wie man es provisioniert findet ihr hier: http://wiki.snom.com/wiki/index.php?title=Settings/goto_monitor_state_on_line_activity

Dann erscheint der Pickup-Dialog wieder auf den Snom Telefonen, ist aber noch immer fehlerhaft.

Asterisk
Das Asterisk-1.8-Bugticket behauptet dass das Problem gelöst ist: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-16735
Tatsächlich scheint es aber im Asterisk 11 immernoch defekt zu sein, wie es in diesem Ticket beschrieben ist, das wir vor kurzem “gefunden” haben: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-20709

MobyDick Client / MobyDick Server
Sobald die Entsprechende Benachrichtigung+Rolle für Pickup konfiguriert ist, erscheint diese und zeigt die richtigen Texte in den Desktop-Benachrichtigungen.

Zusammenfassung
Wenn man den Setting-Namen bei der Snom Provisionierung anpasst, dürfte das Verhalten wieder so wie bei MobyDick 7.05.XX und früher sein. Leider können wir gegen das Asterisk-Problem ohne weiteres nichts tun und müssen da auf die Community warten bis das repariert wird.

Hallo zusammen,

danke Jan für die ausführliche Beschreibung. Leider haben mich Deine Ausführungen nicht weitergebracht :(, da ich die Einstellung bereits seit Anfang an auf “goto_monitor_state_on_line_activity” konfiguriert habe. Trotzdem wird bei mir nichts angezeigt.

Um das jetzt noch einmal zu verifizieren, habe ich mir eine Testumgebung mit einer Community-Version (v7.06.03) eingerichtet, ein sipgate Trunk und zwei Snom-Telefone (320 und 760) angeschlossen (hat nur leider etwas länger gedauert :mad:). Konfiguriert habe ich lediglich Netzwerk, Amt, Funktionstasten für BLF und goto_monitor_state_on_line_activity.

Damit müsste laut Snom Wiki alles eingerichtet sein, damit der “Calls Screen” angezeigt wird. Die BLF funktionieren auch wunderbar inkl. Rufübernahme. Allerdings wird beim 760 nichts im Bildschirm angezeigt (beim 320 geht das ja sowieso nicht).

Da der Fehler in der v7.07 immer noch existiert, da der Bug im Asterisk vorhanden ist, hoffe ich mal auf Mithilfe von Snom aus dem Thread “V7 Anrufliste SNOM”
