Hi guys,
I already reported the issue but I think it might got a little lost with other bugs.
Ok, here’s the thing:
After I lock my Win10 Home screen and login in back again, if I get a call the caller can hear me but I cannot hear him.
When I close the Pascom app and restart it, it works again.
This issue is SUPER annoying because after lunch I cannot take calls.
Please - I need help. I tried all your new versions (currently 17.05) but there is no change…
Thx
Ronny
@SirRichard,
please try out the new 17.06 BETA - aside from having Sennheiser Support, it also improved various things in respect to the headset support.
Regards,
Jan
Hi @jlorenz,
nope, not working. Please have a second look at it.
Thanks
Ronny
Hello @SirRichard,
please try the newest 17.06.D218 beta version. We worked again on the Jabra Support and improved reliability. Additionally: How are you connecting the Headset:
- USB Cable
- USB Bluetooth Dongle
- Bluetooth connection?
Regards,
Jan
Hi @jlorenz,
I will try out your new version.
My Jabra is connected via a USB Cable (what’s the difference to direct usb connection?) going to the USB hub inside my screen.
Best
Ronny
Hi,
that was a typo. I ment to write “Bluetooth connection” without any dongle - The reason is: connecting this way is not really supported and doesn’t work very good.

Jan
Hi,
nope, nothing facy. Just USB -> USB hub -> Laptop.

Ronny
Hi @SirRichard,
thanks for the Response. I was able to find another problem with audio devices on Windows and fixed that one in 17.06.D221. Please check out if that build fixes your problem.

Jan
Hi @SirRichard,
have you already been able to test if the behavior of the application has improved?

Jan
Hi @jlorenz,
