*100 dial to voicemail problem

hoping you can help me out - when we dial *100 to check our VM configs, our md system shortens it to *10 - any ideas why this could be the case and how to fix it?

please can you post the CLI output here for when you dial *100. To do this, simply use asterisk -r on shell.
Also, it would be helpful to know which mobydick version is in use?
